The Ramsey Canyon Leopard Frog (''Rana subaquavocalis'') is the obsolete name for a taxon formerly thought to be a separate species that has now been shown to be part of the species known as the Chiricahua Leopard Frog (''Rana chiricahuensis''), a species of frog in the Ranidae family. A recent article proved that the Ramsey Canyon Leopard Frog is not a valid taxon, and instead this taxon is simply a part of the species known as the Chiricahua Leopard Frog. ==Sources== * (2004): Mitochondrial DNA sequences do not support species status of the Ramsey Canyon leopard frog (''Rana subaquavocalis'').
